No thanks - There was 4 of us who at here during the peak of the skiing season and I am not sure how the first person posted a 4 star but this place did not cut it for me. Every pizza we ordered tasted the same! I think we ordered 3 and conducted taste tests among ourselves; everyone failed. Parking lot on warm days is a muddy mess. I had to pick up my buds on the side of the road so they didnt get my car caked. (invest in some stone - $25 bucks a YD) JG does not approve

Should be 3.5 stars but, my god, the pricing. Ok, I understand that being right next to Stratton mountain doesn't mean I'm going to expect a fantastic deal, but really guys? $25 for a pretty good pizza or takeout dinner of chicken parm? It's not expensive, it's very overpriced. 2 takeout dinners shouldn't nudge $50. Frank Pepe's in New Haven, CT is about 70% as much. But there's one difference, Pepe's is widely considered to be the best Pizzeria in America and they don't charge this much. So I could pick at the inexpensive cheese or the too-sweet sauce, but let's face it, Vermont isn't known for Pizza (and NJ isn't known for awesome dairy products to be fair). So that's not the point. The point is that you're double or more the price of Christo's in Manchester.

This is a gem on the road to Stratton. And with their new location they are even more convenient. This is New York style thin crust pies, where the tomato sauce has just the extra touch of spices that makes it stand out. Their stromboli is also great without being too meaty, as found other places. We usually do take out, but one of these days I will convince my kuds to stay so we can enjoy eating on the terrace over the stream in the back. Now if I could just get their former neighbor, the beer store, to move as well, it would just be perfect. I can always hope.

Love to go here whenever we are in VT we drive an extra 40 minutes both ways for the Grandma pizza and garlic bread special I'm not sure what it is called but this place is awesome!! They now have a beautiful outdoor patio along the river very relaxing

$7.50 for a slice of barbecue chicken and a slice of plain. OK New York style pizza with special Manhattan pricing for suckers from Jersey. Guess he's gotta make it up in the off-season.

Not sure why all the negative reviews - this place is SOLID... good ole NY style pizza from a fellow NY'er... So he charges NY prices...if you dont like it eat the crap down the road. But if you like a good NY style pizza then definitely stop in...the pizza was fantastic (by Vermont standards - sliding scale applied given the distance to NYC). Also while waiting for pizza do go next door to the beer shop and get some tasty specialty brews...youre allowed to drink them in the pizza place or on the benches outside.

Best Pizza in Londonderry/Bondville and a solid overall choice. You have to drive a long way to find better. For someone who lives in the area, I'm thrilled to have the option. Sure there is probably better pizza at the Paramus mall but I'd rather eat at Tony's.

Horrible Experience. Our family has had a house in Stratton off Mountain for well over 15 Years now. I have never once felt the need to point out a negative experience until this one. We were up for the october festival and just wanted to hang in during the evening. We went to place the order at the location and wait for the pizza. Prices are jacked up... $25 for a specialty pizza of this quality was just not worth it ( that alone would have kept me from returning ) Also a "Hawaiian" on the Menu is priced at 23.95, however if u make it yourself by ordering a cheese with 2 toppings its only 20.95 (poor menu planning) also didn't feel like arguing with them after I ordered it that way instead of asking for a Hawaiian. The part that drove me to write this review was as we picked up our pizza's that we drove down to get, waited for ourselves the intersected us at the door asking for a tip. First off he has no way of knowing if we left one since he didn't even take our order or money. etc I tip all the time and very well coming from a Restaurant background, but never for pick up and definitely not after the price hike and customer service. This employee was just rude and out of line. End result. We will not be returning and are excited for the opening of the Village Pie to add competition.

Visiting from Long Island. Staying in Bondville with friends. Stopped at Tonys new location. Excellent pizza, just like back home. Nice deck in back with band playing. Will order from them again when back in town.

Good pizza, especially for not being near a large city. Pretty expensive for toppings and specialty pizzas but considering the location, that's expected. Great option for takeout pizza if you're at Stratton for the weekend. They have a good amount of seating for eat in as well - typical pizza shop tables and seating.

Tony is the Pizza Nazi. BUT - He makes a great pie. Expensive? What isn't at Stratton. Does anyone expect a bargain? On the mountain you pay a lot more for a lot less. Expect rude service and great pizza.

The pizza here is ok but the older man (maybe the owner) is awful and I would stay away. He yelled at me for running in ahead of our 10 person party to use the restroom, actually ran out into the parking lot to do so. I immediately phoned the people I was waiting for and we went somewhere else for dinner. I will never be back and refuse to give another dime to a place that would treat a patron like that. Your pizza isn't that good enough for me to put up with the treatment

We were staying in Jamaica and saw this place on the way. I have two little kids who are picky eaters and pizza is usually a safe bet for getting them to eat. However, what really caught my eye was the sign that read "Craft Draughts." I am a beer nut and the idea of a slice of pizza with a quality beer is always very appealing. So we pulled over and strolled over only to discover that the beer sign was actually for the place next door, which to my further dismay, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays during the summer (and doesn't open until noon on the days it is open). Despite my disappointment at the time, the fact that there is a craft beer store next door is actually a plus in my book. Anyway, we proceeded into Tony's to eat and I have to admit that the pizza that was out didn't look particularly impressive, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I'm glad I did. The pizza was surprisingly good, especially the Gandma's slices and Sicilian slices, but even the plain cheese was good and passed the kids test to boot. We ended up eating here 3 times over the 6 days we were there. Update: I wrote to above review on my phone while there, but now it is a week later and I have learned one crucial piece of information. Jamaica, VT does not have an open container law!!!!! This means that you can buy craft beer (either cold bottles or one of the two drafts they have) and carry if over to Tony's to fulfill the beer and pizza fantasy that I missed out on! Or sip a quality craft beer while walking down the street. Please do this!!! I might have to go back to Jamaica, VT just to do this. I also elevating my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because any time you can get good pizza and good beer, it's a 5 star situation.

The basics: expensive, tasteless pizza. The price for 3 large pizzas was $74.07. Two toppings on each. The taste, not the best pizza by any means, the taste is average at best. The pizza is really greasy. If I were to put an honest price that I would pay for this pizza, I would say 12 dollars each. About half what they charged me. Also the service was rude. They don't have time for you, and will hang up the phone if you call them asking why your pizza just took out a second mortgage on your home. Plain and simple- never going to this place again. Ever. I suggest you do the same!

Yes, it is incredibly expensive pizza, but it is also the best pizza in the area. The grandma pizza is especially good. So you have a choice, pay for the quality or deal with something less tasty.

AWFUL. The customer service here is atrocious. Ive never been yelled at for ordering a sandwich instead of a pizza, which is microwaveable at best. This place is a last resort if you have an SUV with 4 screaming hungry kids and happen to come by before they close at 5:00, just in time for dinner. Ps. IF you go, ask if they are actually serving food prior to waiting in line. Sometimes they only take phone orders, sometimes only in store. It's fun! Like a 'can we actually get food today?' surprise. Do. Not. Go.

Yum, yum! Thank you Tony! WE had lunch here and I had the Sausage roll wich was pizza dough wrapped around sweet sausage, peppers, onions and a ton of cheese! It was cooked and sitting in a case (along with slices of pizza and other wrapped creations including a kick ass looking stromboli!) and was heated after ordering. It was perfect. My b.f. ordered a slice of eggplant, tomato and basil pizza which was also heated after ordering. The make NY style huge pizzas to order as well. I liked getting our food so quickly and not waiting to make a whole pie. We each had a can of soda and our total came to $12, not too shabby. Not sure what their hours are cause sometimes we drive by in the evening and they are closed... that's New England for you. I think they do a hopping business during the ski season though and the magnet I have says they deliver, but last time we were here they didn't deliver? OH, and their seating area is very small, not really a place to kick back but you can eat there. No TV and no beer that I saw... PS Tony's address is in Rawsonville but Yelp put it in S Londonderry authomatically????? The phone number is correct.

This place doesn't do much for me. VERY expensive ($18 for a pizza) and the quality is pretty average. The cost is no doubt influenced by the fact that its right at the base of Stratton mountain. For the Stratton vacationers, price is relative. My home is in Jamaica, just up the road, and when we want pizza, we order Tony's because there's no place else around to order from. I wish there was, competition would probably lower Tony's prices. But even if the prices were more in line with other pizza joints, again, the pizza itself is just average. I did see a sign a few weeks back that Tony's is offering hot subs again, I'll probably give those a try.

I couldnt wait to make this post. We went here with 4 people after a long day of skiing at Stratton. We ordered the chicken roll which was our little appetizer while waiting for 2 pizzas we ordered. We were starving and the chicken roll was pretty good. The pizza came out and we had four different kinds. They ALL tasted the same. The bbq pizza had some funky sauce to it maybe some ketchup and cocktail sauce and a little bit of bbq sauce it was gross. The chicken and broccoli did not taste good and there was no chicken at all. They do not give big portions on the pizzas. We ordered the supreme and there was no meat on it. MAybe 5 pieces of pepperoni and was mostly canned olivies (I guess thats cheap) I can go on and on about this. Digorno pizza from the freezer tastes better in all honesty. Then there was no bill because we had to pay in the front register and it came to 62$. 2 pizzas cost 20 each and 4 canned soads comes out to approx. $45. How can a small chicken roll abou tthe size of 6 inches come out to around 15$? No clue but this place is very very bad. Save yourself money and do not go.

Tony's Pizza at the base of Stratton Mt. is EXCELLENT. Thin crust, delicious sauce, perfect amount of cheese. Lots of different pizzas to choose from. My favorite item here is the chicken roll - it's a chick parm wrapped with thin dough - like a calzone but better since it's not all bready. Always look forward to taking out from Tony's when up at Stratton and they have eat-in tables on the river too during the summer! Prices are a bit high, but get over it - lift tickets are now $100!
